Trauma Support Group for Women

Support Group for Millennial Women Healing from Childhood Emotional Neglect & Family Trauma

This is a welcoming, judgment-free space for millennial women who grew up with emotional neglect, family dysfunction, or painful childhood experiences and want to feel less alone in the healing process.

Many women who join this group are high-functioning, thoughtful, and independent. On the outside, their lives may look stable or even successful — but internally they may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or a quiet sense of disconnection from themselves.

This group exists to create a space where you can talk openly about those experiences with others who truly understand.

The group is gently guided by a therapist, but it is not therapy. There’s no pressure to share anything personal, no homework, and no expectations about how you “should” participate. Some women talk, some listen, and everyone goes at their own pace.

The focus is on connection, understanding, and reducing the shame that often surrounds early life experiences.

Each week, you’ll have the chance to:

• Connect with other women who had similar childhood experiences
• Feel seen and validated instead of feeling like you’re “too sensitive”
• Learn simple ways to understand and support your nervous system
• Talk about patterns like people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-criticism
• Build a community with women who are also learning how to feel more grounded and authentic in their lives

This group is meant to be a soft landing place — somewhere you can slow down, breathe, reflect, and connect with others who understand the complicated experience of healing from childhood emotional neglect or trauma.

You are not broken, and you are not alone.

This is support, not therapy… and sometimes that’s exactly what you need.
