Landrie Ethredge

Founder + Therapist to Women

You are a millennial woman living in Charleston and you know you “should” be happy...

But the truth is, you are struggling so much. On paper everything seems great!

You have a decent job, a few friends... but inside you feel like you are absolutely losing it.

You feel lost, stuck, and miserable too much of the time. Your life isn't where you want it to be. Panic attacks have become the norm. You cry more than you'd like to admit.

And yeah, maybe a glass of wine is the best part of your day.

Your goals is to feel like yourself again! To change your relationship with yourself so that you can begin living your life in alignment, instead of using all your energy just keeping your head above water.

I can help you heal the past, so that you can get your life back and your feet back under you!

You are a millennial or Gen X woman living in Charleston and you know you “should” be happy...

But the truth is, you’re struggling more than anyone realizes. On paper, everything looks good.

You have a decent job, a few friends... but inside, it feels like you’re falling apart.

You feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed more often than not. Your life isn’t where you want it to be. Panic attacks have become the norm. You cry more than you’d like to admit.

And yeah… maybe that glass of wine is the best part of your day.

You don’t want to just survive like this. You want to feel like yourself again. You want to trust yourself, feel grounded, and actually enjoy your life—not just keep your head above water.

I can help you heal the past so you can get your life back and feel like you again.
