Claire Johnson
Trauma Therapy , Couples Counseling , & EMDR
Dear Future Client,
You’ve been holding it together while feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that won’t shift, and weighed down by unprocessed experiences. Relationships and emotions feel hard to navigate.
Nothing about this means something is wrong with you. It means your system has been under strain.
In our work together, my goal is to offer a steady, thoughtful space where you can slow down and be honest about what you’re carrying. I balance giving you room to process with practical tools and skills that help create real movement, both inside and outside of session. We’ll move at a pace that feels respectful and intentional.
You deserve support that feels grounding, attuned, and worth the investment. If you’re ready to begin, I would be honored to work alongside you as you build more clarity, stability, and connection in your life.
